Cancellation Policy

As a consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason, under §§ 355, 356 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without needing to give a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party you've named, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods — or, for orders split into multiple deliveries, from the day you receive the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

of your decision to withdraw by way of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You're welcome to use the model withdrawal form below, though it isn't required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it's enough to send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period runs out.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we'll refund all payments we received from you, including standard delivery costs (though not any extra cost from choosing a delivery option other than our cheapest standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we're informed of your withdrawal. We'll issue the refund using the same payment method you used originally, unless we've explicitly agreed otherwise with you, and you won't be charged any fee for the refund itself.

We may hold off on refunding you until we've received the goods back, or until you've shown proof that you've sent them back — whichever happens first.

You need to send the goods back without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after telling us you're withdrawing from the contract. The deadline is met as long as you send the goods before the 14 days are up. You'll cover the direct cost of the return shipping.

You're only responsible for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling them beyond what's needed to check their nature, characteristics, and how they work.

WHEN THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOESN'T APPLY
Under § 312g Abs. 2 BGB, the right of withdrawal doesn't apply to, among others:

• Sealed goods that aren't suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (such as underwear or swimwear), once the seal has been removed after delivery

• Goods made to the consumer's own specifications or clearly personalized

• Goods that spoil or expire quickly
